Your request must include:

  • Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting the claim

Incomplete or anonymous requests may not be processed.

3. Review & Response Timeline

  • Receipt of complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours
  • Valid requests will be reviewed by the editorial and/or legal team
  • Where appropriate, action will be taken within 7–10 business days

Complex cases may require additional time, and the requester will be informed accordingly.

4. Possible Outcomes

Depending on the review, World Biz Magazine may:

  • Remove the content in full
  • Update, correct, or clarify the content
  • Add an editor’s note or correction notice
  • Request additional information or verification from the requester
  • Decline the request, with a brief explanation of the decision

All decisions are made in accordance with editorial standards, legal obligations, and public-interest considerations.

5. Abuse of the Process

World Biz Magazine reserves the right to reject complaints that are:

  • Frivolous or made in bad faith
  • Repetitive without new evidence
  • Intended to suppress legitimate journalism or commentary
